Buy organic whenever and wherever possible. Certified organic foods are not genetically modified.
Avoid processed foods and read ingredient labels. Corn, soy, canola and sugar are extremely common ingredients. By avoiding the conventionally grown versions of these 4 crops, you will go a long way to reducing or eliminating GMOs in your diet.
