Provenance Book Club: The Fourth Trimester
Our founder Caroll Lee kicks off our Provenance Book Club series in a conversation with postpartum care expert Kimberly Ann Johnson about her new book, The Fourth Trimester. Check out our one-on-one with her where we explore more about her background, techniques for staying grounded, and how to get started in learning about herbalism.

There were also many seminars designed to educate businesses on sustainability, diet, entrepreneur’s success and failures, and wellness lifestyle trends. After sampling hundreds of products and attending fascinating lectures, here are my takeaways on the wellness trends to look out for this year.
