Recipe: Golden Milk Oats - The Perfect Fall Breakfast

After many requests we are excited to announce that we will be starting to occasionally share recipes off our weekly menu. Designed by our health-supportive chefs, certified culinary nutritionists, and wellness experts, our weekly menu is full of nutrient rich ingredients and complex flavor combinations to help boost metabolism, increase energy, aid digestion, and more.

With the official start of the Fall season last week, we posted about 5 Tips on Staying Balanced on our blog. The dish we're sharing today not only fits 'eating for the season' but will also help to keep you warm from the inside out during the change in weather. Made with anti-inflammatory super ingredients turmeric and ginger, this recipe is an easy to make version of our client favorite Steel Cut Golden Milk Oats and a go-to quick breakfast idea for your busy morning routine.

So if you forgot to order your clean eats for the week, make a plan to whip this up before you head out the door.
