Well vote and you shall receive! Below is the how-to for a few of our most beloved sauces—creamy avocado, garlic aioli, and tangy carrot ginger dressing. Designed by our chefs in collaboration with our in-house nutrition experts, our recipes provide delicious and nutritious alternatives to your favorite dishes. Dip, drizzle, smother, and enjoy.
Carrot Ginger Dressing
Refreshing, gingery, and savory — all at the same time. Our clean take on what you might find at an American Japanese restaurant. Add this to your salad or fish for the perfect zing.
TO PREPARE:
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
Once everything is smooth and no large chunks remain, pass approximately half the dressing through a strainer to remove some of the pulp.
Mix the strained dressing back with the remaining dressing and whisk.
Use immediately or store chilled in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Yields 1 Cup1 cup carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh Ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
½ clove garlic
1 Tbsp. shallot
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chickpea miso
1½ tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. coconut aminos
1½ Tbsp. avocado oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
Pinch of sea salt

Avocado Sauce
Are those avocados on your counter a little too ripe? Prolong their life and make all your dishes more delicious with this tangy, creamy sauce. Serve with your favorite bowls, eggs, or tacos.
TO PREPARE:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Use immediately or store chilled in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Yields 2 Cups1 avocado
1¼ cups water
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 cloves garlic
¼ tsp. sea salt
Garlic Aioli
A rich complement to serve with vegetable-packed frittatas, smeared on sandwiches, or to dip your french fries in.
TO PREPARE:
Place whole garlic cloves and olive oil in a pan, bring to a gentle simmer and cook until garlic is golden brown and softened. Let garlic and oil cool, then remove garlic from oil, reserving oil.
In a high-speed blender, combine eggs, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic cloves. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Slowly drizzle in all the garlic oil.
Once combined remove from the blender and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use immediately or store chilled in an airtight container for up to one week.
